What is actually in the implementation
It is a short list on purpose. If a vendor needs eight weeks of your people's time before the first question gets answered, the product is not finished and you are paying to finish it.

Questions we get asked
Does it write anything back into our SAP database?
No. It connects as a database user with select rights and nothing else, so there is no write path to your ERP for it to use. That is a property of how it is installed, not a setting someone can switch on in a hurry.
Do we have to move our data anywhere?
No. The database stays exactly where it is. NeelAI connects to it from inside your own network and queries it in place.
What happens when it gets an answer wrong?
You open the working under the answer: the definition it used and the rows behind the figure. Nearly every wrong answer turns out to be a definition mismatch — gross against net of credit notes, posting date against document date — and it takes about ten seconds to spot there. Then you say which one you meant, and it answers again.
Can we stop most of the company seeing the P&L?
Yes, and you should. Access is granted per dashboard and per feature, per person. A credit controller can have receivables and collections without the P&L ever appearing in their list.
Does it work on SAP Business One on SQL Server?
HANA is the primary target and the one we test every release against. SQL Server is a supported path, but what you get depends on your version — talk to us before you assume either way.
