Seventeen dashboards ship with NeelAI: six for leadership, eleven operational. Every one carries the same financial-year, quarter and month slicer, and every one is a separate grant key, so people see the boards their job needs and nothing else.

3The slicer is the same everywhere

Financial year, quarter and month, in your fiscal calendar rather than the calendar year. A quarter means your quarter: on an April–March year, Q2 is July–September, and every board agrees about that because they all read the same posting periods out of SAP.

Note: If a board shows nothing for a period, the first thing to check is the slicer rather than the data. A period with no postings is reported as empty rather than as zero, so you can tell “nothing happened” apart from “nothing was recorded”.

4When no dashboard covers it

Dashboards are the starting point, not the limit. Anything a board does not cover is a question you can ask directly, and the answer arrives with the same grid, chart and working as everything else — subject to the same grants. The boards exist because the twenty questions everybody asks every month should not need asking.

5Custom boards

A dashboard is a definition rather than code, so an additional board for your own measures is configuration work during implementation rather than a change to the product. Custom boards get their own grant keys and behave like the seventeen above in every other way.
